The Art-In-Nature experience is a 2km walk that aims to inspire the imagination, spark creativity with over 100 NZ made sculptures , all in an accessible wilderness environment.
The Sculpture Park and Arboretum is one of New Zealand’s largest outdoor galleries, featuring over 100 New Zealand made sculptures and installations. With over 30,000 trees and shrubs throughout the Arboretum the Art-In-Nature Experience provides the visitor with a outdoor experience like no other. Perfect for families the park offers a range of Creative Play activities for children including Raft making and building Teepees.
The walk is a 2km loop and takes about 2 hours to complete. Bring along a picnic or refreshments and enjoy at the Artist shelter which overlooks the duck ponds.
We also take bookings for groups; garden tours, Probus groups and school groups.

The Sculpture Park & Arboretum is located on Scotsman’s Valley Road and central to Morrinsville, Cambridge and Hamilton.
The Park is open seven days a week from 10am – 5pm
The Art-In-nature Experience is one of the offers available as well as experiencing the Out of the Box game which is for a family of four or more – if you love Escape Room’s, this is our outdoor version.
